Product Description
Diamond Grade Reflective sheeting is a Acrylic (PMMA) material designed to enhance visibility by reflecting light back to its source, commonly used in low-light or adverse weather conditions (e.g., rain, fog, darkness). Its core advantage lies in the advanced microprismatic structure-millions of tiny, precision-cut prisms capture and reflect light back to its source (such as vehicle headlights) with unmatched efficiency, boasting a reflectivity that is 3-5 times higher than standard reflective films. When light (e.g., headlights) hits the surface, it reflects directionally, making objects like road signs, license plates, or safety gear highly visible.
Applications Widely applied in high-criticality scenarios, it is a staple for road traffic signs (stop signs, speed limit signs), emergency vehicle markings, and aviation ground markers. It improves safety by increasing awareness in dark or hazardous environments. Beyond superior brightness, it also features excellent durability, with resistance to UV radiation, temperature fluctuations, and physical wear, ensuring long-term performance (typically 10+ years of service life) in outdoor environments. Standards like ASTM or ISO often govern its performance to ensure reliability and longevity.
Yejinghui Optical Technology (YEEMAX) was established on 1st May, 2005. It is a high-tech enterprise specializes in producing various types of luminous and reflective materials in China. At present, photoluminescent films, micro-prism reflective sheeting, glass beads reflective sheeting, are widely used in road traffic safety, personal protection, outdoor advertising, outdoor fashion sports, jewelry and lighting products.
Factory covers 20,000 square meters, 5 large workshops, totally 130 workers work for us. Hold 4 sets semi-automation multifunctional coating machines, which help us to keep high production capacity but just need to employ a small number of workers. The current production capacity is about 35,000 square meters per month. In this way, we can quickly deliver a large number of high-quality orders.

A1: The regular size of YEEMAX reflective sheeting is 1.22m x 45.7m per roll, photoluminescent vinyl is 1.24m x 45.7m per roll. However, the customization of both width and length are all available.
Q2: What is the Base Materials of your reflective materials?
A2: Regular base materials are PET (the cheapest), PVC (printable) and Acrylic (best quality).
Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A3: In term of small samples or regular order, the MOQ is 5 meters only. However, In term of customized orders, the MOQ will be 2 rolls.
Q4: What is your Shipping Methods?
A4: We can ship samples or small trial orders by express or air (to door or airports) and ship formal or big orders by sea (to door or seaports) as required.
Q5: How long is your Lead Time?
